Account data: name, email address and organization details you provide when you create an account, book a demo or contact us.
Product data: the products, assessments, documents and reports you create in the platform — treated as your confidential business information.
Usage data: pages visited, tools used and feature interactions, collected to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the service (assessments, reports, monitoring, alerts), to respond to your requests, and to improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.
Your product and assessment data is never used to train shared models and is never shown to other customers.
Data sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payments), bound by contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.
Data retention
Account and workspace data is retained while your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time via your account settings or by contacting us; we act on verified requests within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security
